As a motorcoach I allow for be coaching a sons high school rugby police squad. These boys are passing risque to consume discipline to be able to run this group up, so I am going to use an autocratic style of coaching. I think an autocratic style of coaching provide the around effective way to coach this team because they are schoolboyish and they are not going to learn any readiness if they bustt listen and muck around, so universe tough coach the players give not and argue and they go out do as the coach say. But also not having to as tough all succession because then they will dislike the coach. So being soft at time is ok.
This boys rugby league team is going to engage communication skills to be able work as a team and not fight; also they will need teamwork and leadership so they ignore lead the team to win and teamwork to support each other and working together.
My cultivation as the coach of this team is to help teach this boys team new skill like working together, leadership so that they can all be able to lead the team and also help them to learn more about the game itself.
This team being a high school boys team are going to disobey the rules a lot so Im going to hold up this by sitting the players out for 10/15 mo and cut their game time if they disobey the rules, then they will learn that if they dont listen they wont get to play in the games.
Being a puppylike group of boys they need to learn to be a collateral role model so that all the player dont feel down and are always positive, and bread and butter the team going. This team also need to know the chasten things to do and when to do them, and also that safety precaution they need to take when playing.
If anything when wrong with one of my players like they injury themself or got in to fight I would pervade help to the players be giving them first aid or in real matters call an ambulance to help them.
