Scope: Sales Satisfaction is one of the major influences to the increase or decrease in the volume of sales.
Limitations: There are many factors which contributes to sales satisfaction, but due to time constraint only few factors could be tested through survey.

Research Design
As we are going to study the sales satisfaction in automotive sales we have to gain vigor data from the households having vehicles or from some workshop where customers come to sound their vehicles to repair. As the time is the major constrain so appealingness of data from a workshop would be a intermit option, as it will save time and money. We will do a face to face personal interview or telephonic personal interview. We would use a non probabilistic ingest procedure as it will be very rugged and time consuming to make sampling frame which is a must for probabilistic sampling.
