Exploitation and fellowship of Women
Can a community of women avoid supporting each opposite? Does exploitation prevail in the society disadvantageously? The novels, Girl with a fall Earring by Tracy Chevalier and The business firm on mango tree driveway by Sandra Cisneros, through the protagonists of the novels, preponderantly discuss how the community of women does not help each other at their chaoses and how men exploit or hunt the mazed women or girls. The protagonist of the novel Girl with a bead Earring, Griet and Esperanza, the protagonist of the novel The House on Mango Street have their experience aspirations for their future. Both are teen girls and the novels fundamentally deal with the issues they face as novices to the complicated society. The people roughly these young girls always aim to exploit them and as in that location is no one, at least women to protect them, these young girls commence helpless, defenseless and vulnerable. As both Griet and Esperanza sexually awake at bottom this growing age, their desires and needs too alter. The protagonists mature not hardly sexually, but emotionally also. with this sexual and emotional maturation, they gradually have their innocence and simplicity.
When we consider the two novels, we find two diametrical stories with some similar issues. The novel Girl with a Pearl Earring is woven around a famous painting by Johannes Vermeer. Even the painting is titled as Girl with a Pearl Earring. This novel converses about a poverty ill girl who has to be the maid for a painters family. Furthermore it reveals the incidents which took place when the girl works with the household and when her repress continues his paintings with the help of this girl. As well, the novel The House on Mango Street deals with a poor girl called Esperanza who has the determination to own an idealistic home.
