* This grading system allows us to easily categorize which student excels and which be not. In this case, we are able to know who among our students need more cooperate in the subject.
4. What can you say about the new grading system that was declared by DepEd for grades 1 to 7?




* I think that it is somewhat similar to the grading system that we use in this school. The difference is that they use letters instead of 1.00 5.00 scale. Teachers will still measure students progress with mathematical values but their letter equivalents will be utilize in the report card.
5. What are the letter equivalents of each quantitative value?
* The letters usually represents level of proficiency and are abbreviated. A for Advanced (90% and above); P is for Proficient (85%-89%); AP for Approaching attainment (80%-84%); D for Developing (75%-79%); and B for Beginning (74% and below).
