Motive is defined as a specific pick up or desire, such as hunger, thirst, or achievement, which prompts goal-directed behavior. A manager of any team whether it be work related, or sports team related should be able to motivate their employees or teammates. By motivating them to work harder, or try harder we preserve have them reach their full potential in whatsoever they ar trying to do.
A manger has to look at the employee and see which type of motivation would encourage the employee to work at their full potential. The two types of motivation ar intrinsic and alien and they are based on the type of behavior that is white plagued. inwrought motivation is when you want to do something. Extrinsic motivation is when someone else tries to make you do something. There are positives and negatives to both. Some citizenry believe employees will be their most creative when they live motivated primarily by the interest, enjoyment, satisfaction, and gainsay of the work itself, and not by external pressures or inducements.
