Emotion stability is oneness of my personality characteristics. In the words of ( Goleman, 2000), emotional stability refers to our real ability and skills in the atomic number 18as of self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management. It is relatively underdeveloped in very young children and mature as we conjure to adulthood. Adults with emotional stability are perceived as fitted to manage lifes challenges and rewards equally. It does not just go forth in a day or two in somebodys life, rather it is nurtured, developed and practiced earlier one becomes emotionally st up to(p).
My family and social relationships experience was tremendous in building my emotional stability. Much as my father was a senior public servant, he still made out time to relate closely with his children and this in no weensy way influenced my emotional development.
I experienced that playing with fathers could magically turn around childrens emotional knowledge, such that, they sewer identify their own emotions, acknowledge the emotional experiences of others, and describe the causes of emotions through the responsive relationships and the creating of anticipatory learning opportunities by their parents, I was able to develop emotional stability necessary for effective run at critical times. When children understand their emotions and know how to control them, it makes them much popular with other children (Cassidy, Parke, Butkovsky, &Braungart, 1992).
When fathers are affectionate and helpful, their children are more than likely to get on well with their siblings (Vollin, & Belsky , 1992).
